All the lodges, houses and office/workshops overlook fields, mature trees and open spaces. Coming to work in the morning, or returning home after a busy day to a peaceful, relaxing environment is a delight.

The office/workshops range in size from 500 – 1000 square feet and have planning permission for office or light industrial use. Each unit has its own lavatory, three phase electricity, ample telephone connections, electric central heating and allocated parking spaces.

The rateable value (RV) is set by the Valuation Office, South Oxfordshire District Council who apply a Multiplier to the RV, to give the amount that the tenant pays on a property to SODC. The Multiplier for 2006 is 43.3 pence in the £, so if a property has a RV of £1,000, the tenant will pay SODC about £433 p.a. in Business Rates.
